Terms and Conditions for Participation in Grant Writing Resources Subscription Service

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Grant Writing Resources Subscription Service (“Service”), provided by The Community Entrepreneur (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and using this Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Subscription Eligibility
   The Service is available for individual use only. The subscription can only be used by the person named in the subscription account (“Subscriber”). The Subscriber must provide accurate personal information upon registration.
3. Scope of Service
   The Service includes access to a range of grant writing resources, such as:
   • Training programs
   • Guides
   • Templates
   • Videos
   • Articles
   • Other relevant materials
     These resources are designed to assist the Subscriber in grant writing and related activities during the subscription period.
4. Subscription Period
   The subscription is valid for the period chosen at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). Access to the resources is granted only for the duration of the active subscription. Upon expiration or cancellation of the subscription, access to the resources will be revoked.
5. Use of Resources
   The resources provided through the Service are intended for the sole use of the Subscriber. The Subscriber agrees that:
   • The resources are for personal and professional use only.
   • The resources cannot be shared, transferred, or distributed to third parties.
   • The Subscriber is prohibited from sharing login credentials with others.
   • The resources cannot be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
   Any unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of resources will result in the termination of your subscription without a refund. Legal action may be taken if such actions infringe upon intellectual property rights.
7. Subscription Fees and Payment
   • Monthly Subscription: You may choose to pay a monthly subscription fee of $49, which is billed every 30 days.
   • Annual Subscription: Alternatively, you may opt for an annual subscription fee of $500, which is billed once per year.
   • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal.
   • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
   • Failure to pay the subscription fees will result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the Service.
8. Cancellation and Termination
   • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining period in the current subscription.
   • We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content provided in the Service, including but not limited to guides, templates, videos, and articles, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The ownership of these materials remains with The Community Entrepreneur. Any unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability
    We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the resources. The materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Community Entrepreneur is not responsible for any loss, damages, or issues arising from the use or misuse of the Service.
11. Modifications to the Terms
    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne.
